Where are your items made?

Every single piece of Artclub and Friends clothing is proudly made in South Africa, in a multitude of small to medium owner-run factories. We have close relationships with each one and work hand in hand to endure the utmost best quality and labour practices we can achieve.

Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?

We ship all around the world directly from our studio in Cape Town, South Africa. 🌍

South Africa (local): Standard Shipping is R125 / Free shipping for all orders over R1000

Rest of Africa: Standard Shipping is R650 / Free shipping for all orders over R3000

International: Standard Shipping is R1000 / Free shipping for all orders over R6500

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to pack and ship your order within 1-2 working days. Local deliveries usually arrive within 1-5 days after dispatch. International orders may take 7–21 days, depending on your location and customs. If you need your order urgently, reach out and we’ll do our best to help! Alternatively, visit one of our stores and you can purchase your pieces there.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is collected by our couriers, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us and we’ll send it through. 💙

What is your return and exchange policy?

We hope you love your order, but if you need to return or exchange, you have 7 days from receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and gift vouchers are non-returnable. For full details, check our Returns Policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Just email us at support@artclubandfriends.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll guide you through the quick and easy process.

How do I know what size to order?

We offer a wide range of unisex sizing from XS to 4XL. Check our size guide on each products for measurements, or reach out for personal advice—we’re always happy to help you find your perfect fit! If you are deciding between two sizes, we always remember sizing up.

Are your products unisex?

Yes! All our garments are designed for everyone, no matter your gender. We believe in clothing that celebrates self-expression and comfort for all bodies.

What if my size is sold out? Will you restock?

We produce in small, limited edition batches, so many pieces are only ever produced once so it's best not to wait too long. However pieces sometimes return! Sign up for restock alerts on the product page, or drop us a message if there's a piece you're desperately looking for.
