Returns and Exchanges

*if you do not respond to emails regarding your return within 2 days, your return request will be cancelled, potentially making your request fall outside of the 7 day return period.


Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If your return request is granted you will be remunerated with a store credit for the value of the item/s that you have returned.

Items on ‘sale’ are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Items marked as intimates (bodysuits, bras, underwear) are not eligible for a return or exchange


If you are wishing to exchange your item for a different size, we will issue you with a gift card for the value of your item once we have received and inspected your returned item/s. Your store credit amount will be the value of the item you purchased minus courier fees. You can then reorder the new item you would like.


Refunds may be requested in the event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, however, this is very rare as each order is thoroughly inspected before leaving our studio. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification via email. If approved, you will be given a store credit to the value of your returned item/s. The credit will be processed within 3-5 working days.
